• Care Coordination at BTST Services is a community based  program that supports the ongoing mental health needs of children and families. This program is available to children between the ages of 4-18 that are currently a part of the public behavioral health system.

• Services are targeted to children, adolescents, and transitional aged youth (TAY) to address sustainability of mental health services, behavioral concerns, advocacy and transitional services, school support, coordination of appointments and resources, and support needed within the family. 

• This service is currently provided in Prince George's and Anne Arundel Counties.
